His many operational and management roles include the commissioning of a £250m industrial unit in the UK, through to full world record-breaking production & industry defining customer quality. Onward to managing European and North American business expansion, with the creation of a multi-national technical & marketing sales team coaching development programme. All resulting in a multi million Euro revenue improvement in 2 years.

David has enjoyed leading the many challenges of business development, operations and teams of people from many differnet cultures and nationalities. He has led global technical sales, marketing and research and development programmes; creating many new and novel products and applications for developing business, enhanced revenue streams & supporting organisational growth. David has also created and delivered customer focussed product quality systems, installing ISO 9000/1 into industrial units to make sure consistent quality and customer satisfaction.
